My role: Sole front-end owner of the Construcllo SaaS platform — I make the
architecture and tooling decisions, build the features, review every front-end pull request, and ship to production.
- Own the entire React/TypeScript front-end end-to-end: application architecture,
feature-based folder structure, routing, state-management strategy and the release process.
- Designed and built the shared component library on top of Material UI — the single
source of truth for tables, forms, dialogs and layout across every module, which made new screens
significantly faster to build and kept the UI consistent.
- Define the REST API contracts with the backend team and implement all client-side data
fetching, caching, optimistic updates and error handling.
- Implemented full RTL and i18n support (Arabic/English) across the product — layout
mirroring, locale-aware formatting, and a translation structure the team extends without touching layout code.
- Led the performance work: code splitting, render-behaviour profiling, memoization,
large-list virtualization and bundle-size reduction on data-heavy project screens.
- Set the front-end coding standards and review all front-end pull requests; onboard and
mentor developers joining the codebase and pair with them on debugging and best practices.
- Own build and deployment of the front-end (environment configuration, build pipeline,
production releases) and work directly with designers, backend engineers and stakeholders in an Agile workflow,
turning product requirements into scoped technical work.

- Designed and built the full coaching platform in Next.js, Firebase and Material UI,
including authentication, role-based access, content management and an RTL-ready Arabic/English interface.
- Modelled the Firestore data structure, wrote the server-side logic and integrated third-party services.
- Deployed to Vercel with Git-based CI, configured the custom domain and SSL, and maintained
the production app across releases.
Full-Stack JavaScript & React Native Developer — Tracllo (Freelance)

My role: Sole owner of the admin dashboard end-to-end; contributing developer on two
already-published React Native apps and on the shared Node.js/MongoDB API.
- Built the React/Redux admin dashboard from scratch — student-mobility management,
data tables, reporting views and full RTL support.
- Shipped features and bug fixes to two production React Native apps (student app and driver
app) live on Google Play, working inside an existing codebase.
- Extended the Node.js/MongoDB API with new endpoints and data models to support the dashboard
and the mobile features.
